POSITION OVERVIEW :
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Communication Specialist to join our dynamic communications team. As a Junior Communication Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of communication strategies and campaigns across multiple channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual to gain hands-on experience in the field of communications while contributing to the growth of our brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Content Creation : Assist in drafting and editing content for various communication materials, including press releases, blogs, social media posts, internal newsletters, and email campaigns.
Social Media Management : Support the management of the organization's social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and monitoring trends or mentions across platforms.
Media Relations Support : Assist with drafting media pitches, tracking media coverage, and maintaining media lists to help enhance the organization's visibility and engagement.
Internal Communications : Support the creation of internal communications materials to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with the organization's goals, such as newsletters, announcements, and updates.
Research & Reporting : Conduct research on industry trends, competitor communications, and audience insights to help inform strategies. Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of communication campaigns.
Event Coordination : Help organize and promote internal and external events, ensuring proper communication materials are created and distributed in advance.
Brand Consistency : Ensure that all communications align with the organization's brand voice and messaging, maintaining a consistent tone across all channels.
