Nalu is seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to develop and execute brand strategies that enhance market positioning, awareness, and customer engagement for our neuromodulation product portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Downstream Marketing, this individual will be responsible for shaping the brand identity, messaging, and creative execution across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand management, storytelling, and integrated marketing within the medical device or B2B industries.

- Develop and implement brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity strategies that differentiate the company’s neuromodulation products
- Drive the execution of integrated brand campaigns, ensuring alignment across digital, print, social media, events, and sales enablement materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, demand generation, and sales to ensure brand consistency and impact
- Lead the development of marketing collateral, advertising, and creative assets that resonate with healthcare professionals, patients, and key stakeholders
- Partner with external agencies and internal creative teams to ensure high-quality, compelling brand storytelling and visual execution
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess brand perception and identify opportunities for improvement
- Oversee the brand’s digital presence, ensuring website content, social media, and online campaigns reflect strategic brand objectives
- Work closely with the sales team to develop branded sales tools, presentations, and training materials to enhance customer engagement
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Ensure all brand marketing initiatives comply with regulatory and industry guidelines in the medical device space
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5 years of experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, or integrated marketing, preferably in the medical device industry
- Demonstrated experience in brand positioning, messaging development, and storytelling
- Proven track record of executing successful brand campaigns that drive engagement and market differentiation
- Strong understanding of branding principles, visual identity, and content strategy
- Experience working with creative agencies, designers, and content teams to develop compelling brand assets
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategy, and website optimization
- Ability to translate complex medical or technical concepts into clear, compelling brand messaging
- Excellent project management, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Willing and able to work in the corporate office a minimum of 4 days/week
Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
