Job Id : 206# of Openings : 1Nalu is seeking an experienced Director, Downstream Marketing to lead and execute commercial marketing strategies for our neuromodulation product portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this individual will be responsible for driving market adoption, revenue growth, and customer engagement in the U.S. medical device market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing leadership within the neuromodulation or broader medical device industry, preferably with implantable technologies, with a track record of successful product commercialization and go-to-market execution.Responsibilities : Develop and execute strategic downstream marketing plans to drive adoption, revenue, and competitive differentiation for neuromodulation productsLead product positioning, messaging, and branding strategies to support commercial executionPartner closely with sales teams to develop and implement tools and marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and sales effectivenessDrive product launch excellence by collaborating with upstream marketing, R&D, regulatory, and commercial teamsCollaborate on market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiationDevelop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation to achieve business goalsDrive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website optimization, and targeted campaigns to enhance market reachSupport collaborations with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and professional societies to build brand credibility and advocacyMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize marketing strategies and ensure measurable business impactOversee Marketing events and tradeshowsQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)10 years of marketing experience in the medical device industry, with at least 5 years in neuromodulation or a related therapeutic area7 years of people management experienceDemonstrated experience in downstream marketing, commercial strategy, and product lifecycle managementStrong background in leading product launches and go-to-market executionExperience working with sales organizations to drive market penetrationProven ability to lead and mentor a team, driving both individual and organizational successStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies, and to measure tactical performanceExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across different departmentsDeep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and demand generationKnowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in the medical device industryAbility to travel domestically 25�ility to work in the office minimum of 4 days per week
