Nalu is seeking an experienced Sr. Partner Alliance Manager responsible for setting up and managing partner alliances including DME channel partners and scaling ancillary revenue streams for the company. This is a cross functional role requiring close collaboration with several functional areas including Sales, Supply Chain, Patient Services, Marketing, and Market Access.
Responsibilities:
PROCESS
- Setup new, efficient end to end corporate business processes including the partner along with defined roles and responsibilities; set up and scale the partner business operations
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the process meet corporate standards, regulatory and compliance requirements
PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Serve as primary lead and point of contact between internal teams and the DME partner and cultivate a strong and collaborative relationship with partner management and internal company stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the partner relationship, addressing any issues proactively and ensuring alignment with business objectives
SALES OPERATIONS AND PERFORMANCE
- Accountable for sales and volume forecast for product segment associated with partners; coordinate with procurement and other functions
- Oversee revenue, billing, patient support and claims processes with partner are functioning seamlessly
- Interface with the internal sales organization on reporting and communication
- Develop sales and other relevant KPIs to measure and manage product segment and partner performance; coordinate regular meetings and communication between internal teams and partners to resolve issues and manage performance
STRATEGY AND OPERATIONS
- Set longer term strategies and targets for ancillary revenue stream growth and segment profitability
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders
- Leverage technology platforms to improve business process and sales efficiency
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement, marketing, sales training and support are aligned with the partner’s operating model
- Be a voice for owned product segment to influence growth with competing priorities – e.g. cost reductions, R&D pipeline, feature enhancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field
- 5 years of experience in a business management or consulting role with demonstrated experience of handling cross function and interdependent tasks; ideal candidate has alliance or partner management experience including with a DME
- Experience in the life sciences or healthcare space including in a commercial setting
- Accountable leader who is self-driver and operates independently to accomplish goals and deliver results
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement cross-functional processes
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing strategic vision with operational execution
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders
Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
