Role : SAP Functional Lead resource for ADM Portfolio
Location : Reno, NV Onsite (100% onsite)
Duration : 6 Months with potential ext
• 4 years of SAP S/4 Application Management Services (AMS) experience and 8 years of overall SAP Experience delivery management experience.
• Must be able to prioritize day to day AMS activities within team and ensure SLAs are being met.
• Must have knowledge about ServiceNow applications (SNOW) and reporting from SNOW for weekly / monthly reporting.
• SAP functional consultant or Lead role experience is desirable.
• Fluent communication and client interaction skills. Client relationship management experience is must.
• Able to identify and implement continuous service improvement initiative like automation, quality improvement, etc.
• Client office presence is mandatory – min 4 days/week. No travel expense will be reimbursed.
