Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate guest records.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed and reported.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized manner, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available for guests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest concerns or room issues swiftly.
- Utilize phone etiquette to manage incoming calls effectively, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Assist in managing reservations through various platforms while ensuring accuracy in bookings.
- Breakfast setup and keeping lobby area clean and helping with organizing laundry room and folding laundry.
Qualifications
- Previous management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills; highly desirable.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries professionally.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.15 per hour
