Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests and clients, providing exceptional customer service and assistance. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Concierge will be responsible for enhancing the guest experience by offering personalized services and recommendations.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with information about the facility and its services.
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and requests in a timely manner.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.
- Manage the POS system for transactions, including processing payments and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Promote additional services through upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.
- Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong skills in basic math for handling transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is an advantage.
