We are a wellness destination offering a serene environment where guests can indulge in a variety of spa treatments, relaxation services, and self-care experiences. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Front Desk Manager to join our team and ensure smooth operations while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Position Overview:
As the Front Desk Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring guest satisfaction, and ensuring the spa remains profitable. You will be responsible for managing both the administrative and operational functions, including payroll, inventory, scheduling, and financials. This position will require you to lead the front desk team, maintain organized operations, and deliver an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee all daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth and efficient running of the business.
- Front Desk Supervision: Manage the front desk team, ensuring that guest check-in/check-out is handled efficiently and professionally, while providing exceptional customer service.
- Payroll & Financials: Process payroll and manage employee hours, ensure the accuracy of the payroll system, and handle QuickBooks categorization for accounting purposes.
- Inventory & Supplies Management: Order spa supplies, track inventory, and maintain proper stock levels to ensure a seamless spa experience.
- Scheduling: Manage and create staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage for busy periods while maintaining efficiency.
- Sales & Profitability: Monitor spa sales, track performance metrics, and ensure the spa is meeting financial goals and profitability targets.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional guest service, including greeting guests, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive and relaxing experience.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the spa staff, management, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Compliance & Cleanliness: Ensure the spa adheres to health and safety regulations, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the environment is consistently welcoming for guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in spa management, hospitality, or front desk management (preferably within a spa or wellness setting).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficient in QuickBooks or similar financial software, as well as payroll systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and manage time effectively.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of the spa or hospitality industry and its standards is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
