Position Overview
We're Hiring! Administrative Assistant/Clerk
Hours: Full Time, Monday- Thursday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Location: Great Neck, NY
Compensation: $20.00 per hour

What you will be doing:
- Serve as the receptionist, greeting visitors and applicants with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take messages and schedule appointments
- Receive and distribute mail, documents, and deliveries
- Maintain both manual and electronic filing systems
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings and travel for managers or supervisors
- Prepare meeting agendas and schedules
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance
- Track office expenses and maintain petty cash records
- Respond to administrative inquiries and provide general support to staff
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative or clerical experience
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
