Hours: Full Time, Monday- Thursday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Location: Great Neck, NY
Compensation: starting at $60,000

In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in streamlining operations, managing schedules, and providing high-level administrative support that enhances executive productivity and organizational efficiency.
What you will be doing:
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries for C-suite executives (CEO, COO, CFO).
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, proofread, and manage communications, including emails, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and ensure follow-ups are completed.
- Handle phone calls, messages, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Track budgets, process expense reports, and oversee company credit card and cell phone accounts.
- Provide personal assistance to the CEO and family, including travel and household management.
- Support real estate operations by maintaining leasing documents, collecting tenant payments, and verifying insurance and event agreements.
- Troubleshoot minor IT issues and liaise with external IT providers.
- Oversee office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and subscription management.
- Collaborate with HR to post jobs, source candidates, and support onboarding processes.
What you will need:
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives as an Executive Assistant.
- Strong background in calendar management, travel planning, and office administration.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and master new systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and occasional work outside of regular hours.
- Bonus: Experience in office management, customer service, or real estate admin support.
