POSITION SUMMARY
REQUIREMENTS
Responsible for supporting bar operations before, during and after service by stocking/restocking, prepping product, and anticipating needs of both the team and guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Stock and organize all beverages to maintain highest level of cleanliness possible
- Ensure the bar service station is set up and properly stocked before and during service
- Familiar with and knows the location of every item in inventory.
- Assists/executes any and all tasks as assigned by bartender.
- Stocks bar to par level before and after each shift.
- Stocks bar service area.
- Complete all bar prep tasks to specifications following recipes as needed
- Communicates with bartenders throughout shift.
- Reports to work on time and ready to work scheduled shift.
- Maintains a positive, friendly attitude with co-workers & guests.
- Maintains a clean, orderly appearance of the restaurant service area.
- Assists/executes any and all tasks as assigned by other supervisors.
- Follows all proper sanitation guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
- Deal with guest complaints by finding a way to say yes; Involve the Manager on Duty as needed
- Maintain expert knowledge of all menu offerings
- Perform opening and closing sidework checklists for all shifts worked
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- The ability to lift at least 30 pounds on a regular basis

- Maintain sanitation to Department of Health standards; Keep work area clean and organized
- Inform Manager on Duty immediately of any DOH or OSHA/workplace safety violations
