NAMI Ohio, a leading mental health advocacy organization, is seeking a Director for its Youth and Family Division. This role oversees daily operations, including managing programs such as Family Peer Support Certification Training, Youth Programs, and Peer Support Expansion. The Director supervises staff, manages grants and budgets, and collaborates with the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, program development, and advocacy initiatives to improve youth and family mental health access across Ohio.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a related field.
- Experience working with youth-serving systems of care, such as mental health, substance use, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, education, family and children services.
- Thorough knowledge of youth mental health issues and related best practices.
- Comprehensive understanding of applicable state rules and regulations, with the ability to stay current on legislative changes affecting program operations.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a proactive and task-oriented mindset.
- Critical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex programs effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven management experience, including the ability to lead teams, oversee projects, and facilitate organizational learning.
- Demonstrated ability to drive meaningful impact with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in learning new software platforms and a high level of competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
