ABOUT THIS JOB:
Are you passionate about driving efficiency, optimizing marketing processes, and keeping projects on track? Namify is looking for a Marketing Product Manager to bring organization, creativity, and collaboration to our growing marketing team!
This role is the glue that holds our marketing efforts together — ensuring everything runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication stays clear across teams. Your work will directly support our brand’s success while helping us create awesome experiences for both our customers and employees.
The Marketing Project Manager will support the marketing department in executing marketing campaigns, managing timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Discovery and Prioritization
- Gather project information from stakeholders via forms, and other finite and precise communication channels
- Establish priority with CMO and other Executive team members
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Delegation
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
- Breakdown components of each project into doable actions and set timeframes (create roadmap, hold team members accountable, and adjust accordingly to meet deadlines)
- Ensure that we meet an appropriate ROI on projects by using tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenses
Progress Management
- Make sure that stakeholders’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Monitor project progress and coordinate resolution of any issues that arise. Are we on track? How do we stay on track?
- Ensure standards and requirements are met at each stage including quality and brand guide adherence before initial roll-out
- Oversee final project delivery before official launch

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
- $50,000-$60,000 annual salary DOE, with quarterly bonuses available

Requirements
- You must be a self motivated self-starter
- Must be open to learn new technologies
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Experience in a “Product Manager” or similar role
- Hands on experience with project management tools and practices
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on challenges
- Must be able to work in a sitting position on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
