ABOUT THIS JOB:
As a QA Software Analyst at Namify, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and user experience. You’ll be the guardian of product integrity—proactively finding bugs, refining test processes, and ensuring smooth user journeys—before they even happen.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and continuously improve the QA process across all product lines.
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test strategies for web applications.
- Write and maintain test cases, test plans, and automated test scripts.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Proactively identify edge cases and potential issues before they reach our users.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clarity and consistency.
- Own quality metrics and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and report bugs with precision, creating clear, reproducible test cases and detailed bug reports with step-by-step replication instructions.
- Help build QA tools and frameworks to scale testing practices.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- 1–3 years of experience in software QA, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong foundational understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices for both manual and automated testing.
- Familiar with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and able to help prioritize bugs and defects based on severity and impact.
- Experience with bug tracking and testing tools like Selenium, Azure DevOps (Boards, Queries), and Datadog.
- Comfortable testing frontend, backend, and APIs with tools like Postman, JMeter, and Azure Load Testing — pinpointing issues across the tech stack.
- Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and basic SQL to help identify, replicate, and communicate technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail with strong documentation habits, including maintaining test cases, results, and edge cases.
