Senior Backend Developer – Build Scalable, Impactful Systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Architect and build scalable, high-performance systems that serve millions of users.
- Champion security and privacy best practices to protect customer and business data.
- Lead by example, mentoring developers and fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
- Define and refine technical standards to keep our codebase clean, maintainable, and scalable.
- Collaborate beyond engineering—partner with product and business teams to drive strategic decisions.
- Move fast, deliver value—we care about impact, not just perfect code.
Daily Responsibility
- 70% Hands-on coding and problem-solving
- 10% Cross-team collaboration
- 20% Code reviews, documentation, and meetings

- $75,000 - $100,000 annual salary, depending on experience

SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Full-time)
- In-house position, Remote work is not available
Requirements
Must have proper documentation for employment in the United States
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- 7 years of experience developing backend applications with .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Blazor, SQL Server)
- 2 years in a senior or leadership role, guiding teams and making architectural decisions.
- Cloud-native mindset with hands-on experience in Azure (App Services, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Storage Accounts).
- Expertise in scalable architectures (microservices, distributed systems, event-driven design).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployments.
- Excellent communication skills—able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A problem-solver at heart—you identify challenges, propose solutions, and execute efficiently.
- Passionate about staying ahead of the curve—always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
- Must have great attention to detail, even with repetitive processes.
- Must be able to work under deadlines and quotas.
- Must be able to work at a desk in a standing or sitting position for 7 hours a day.
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
