Namirsa is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at our bustling Wellness store at the Avenues Mall in Jacksonville, FL. If you have a passion for helping customers find the perfect sleep solutions and thrive in a dynamic retail environment, we want to hear from you! Our new location is next to HNM on the lower floor.
Hourly plus commission pay.
Hourly starts on $13. Commission 5%-10% of sales ranging from $200-$10,000
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers and understand their needs
- Assist customers in selecting the right bed, mattress, and accessories based on their preferences and requirements
- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and warranties
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and understanding of various sleep technologies
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic computer skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- No visible tattoos
- Charismatic personality for effective product selling
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Not distracted by personal phone use
- Interest in accomplishing metrics
