Director of Operations/Controller – North Miami Beach, FL
Location: Sunny Isles Beach/Miami, FL (On-site)
Salary: Starting at $125,000 (Negotiable based on experience) Full Benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

We are seeking a Director of Operations/Controller to lead our financial operations and drive efficiency in our growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of financial strategies, oversee accounting operations, and contribute to the long-term success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
✔Oversee and coordinate all financial activities and personnel
✔ Establish and maintain accounting controls, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
✔ Standardize and manage financial reporting, records, and accounting techniques
✔ Conduct internal audits to assess financial health and ensure compliance
✔ Serve as the primary contact for external auditors
✔ Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 5–7 years of relevant experience
Strong GAAP knowledge and financial management expertise
Proven leadership, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Advanced expertise in SAP Business One (or similar ERP) and Adobe Acrobat DC
CPA certification and experience in the real estate industry are a plus
