The Position
FLHO is seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to bring our brands to life through compelling visual design. This role involves creating cohesive brand assets, developing marketing materials, and designing digital and print collateral for all FLHO concepts.
As a key member of the creative team, you’ll collaborate with the Founder, Marketing Team, and restaurant teams to ensure our visuals reflect the distinct identity of each concept while maintaining a unified FLHO aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop branding materials, including logos, menus, signage, packaging, and marketing collateral for all FLHO concepts.
- Create visually compelling digital assets, such as social media graphics, email templates, and web visuals.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to execute campaigns and ensure alignment with overall brand strategies.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for each concept, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, and content creators to enhance visual storytelling.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and technology to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Assist in designing presentations and proposals for new concepts and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in the hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of branding and typography, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design work is required.
