Required Qualifications/Skills
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in graphic design with 1-2 years experience
- Experience working in a marketing department
- Strong design principles and values from experience while collaborating with partners and absorbing feedback
- Creative mindset to be able to bring a design to life with simple instructions
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and social abilities
- Strong computer skills
Responsibilities
- Create designs for digital and print marketing
- Create branded marketing material for company and agents
- Create, manage, and send digital marketing material through various digital platforms
- Preparing, formatting and editing a range of document
Education Required:
Proficiency with Adobe InDesign
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop
Familiarity with Adobe After Effects
Desired Skills (not required)
- After Effects Experience
