Construction Scheduler

Overview: Join our team as a dedicated Construction Scheduler for the Hilo Wastewater Treatment Plant project. This pivotal role requires an experienced professional to create, maintain, and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 Professional software. The ideal candidate will ensure all timelines align with project requirements while working closely with stakeholders to meet critical milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive engineering and construction schedules.

· Work closely with construction and engineering teams to track project progress and adjust schedules accordingly.

· Analyze project timelines, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies.

· Ensure schedules align with Critical Path Method (CPM) principles and best practices.

· Provide regular schedule reports and updates to key stakeholders.

· Actively participate in project meetings, presenting scheduling insights and progress reports.

· Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to integrate their schedules into the overall project timeline.

· Support cost and resource management efforts by tracking labor allocation and material deliveries.

Qualifications:

· Experience: At least 8 years of verified experience creating and managing construction schedules for projects of similar scope and complexity.

· Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and advanced skills in Primavera P6 Professional software.

· Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle complex schedules efficiently.

· Education (Preferred): Degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.

· Certifications (Preferred): Relevant credentials such as PMP or other recognized scheduling certifications.
