Nana Jacqueline is a Los Angeles-based High-end Woman clothing company. We are seeking an extremely motivated and talented E-commerce Assistant for our U.S operations with impeccable organizational skills; Ideally, a results-driven individual with experience in the e-commerce fashion industry to join our team.
Job Responsibilities :
Website Maintenance & Updates
- Translate new collection files from HQ in Asia
- Upload new products, ensuring descriptions, pricing, and imagery are accurate and visually appealing.
- Update website banners, promotions, and featured collections regularly to reflect current campaigns and launches.
- Merchandise website collections daily / weekly, prioritizing best sellers and new arrivals for optimal visibility.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly update out-of-stock items to maintain accurate availability.
- Add and frequently update “Complete the Look” and “You May Also Like” product recommendations to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
- Publish customer reviews daily to maintain fresh and engaging product pages.
- Tag products in Wave App and Tolstoy for seamless categorization and enhanced site functionality.
- Daily review publishing
- Adding a campaign section to the website and tagging products
- Tagging products from our IG feed
- And more!
Requirement :
This role is part-time on a 1099 contractor base, with full-time long-term potential.
Can be onsite at our showroom in West Hollywood 2 days a week (16-20 hours max) as needed.
Hourly pay $22-$25 DOE. Great side gig opportunity for those who love the fashion industry!
