The Supply Technician is responsible for performing shipping, receiving, and inventory management duties within a warehouse environment. This part-time position (approx. 20 hours per week) is located onsite at Portsmouth and St. Julien’s Creek Annex. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a preference for those who have handled IT equipment and are familiar with CMPro software. The role requires an active SECRET clearance and does not involve travel.

Responsibilities

Perform shipping and receiving duties, ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods.

Manage inventory control, including tracking, storing, and maintaining accurate records of materials and supplies.

Handle IT equipment and ensure proper inventory and storage practices are followed.

Utilize inventory management software (experience with CMPro is a plus) to track materials, orders, and shipments.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely fulfillment of inventory needs.

Ensure that all shipping and receiving processes adhere to relevant security protocols, especially regarding classified or sensitive materials.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management within a warehouse environment.

Experience handling IT equipment is preferred.

Experience with CMPro software is a plus.

Active SECRET clearance is required.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
