Job Summary
NANA Regional Corporation is seeking a Mechanical Quality Control Inspector to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role involves testing and inspecting products at various stages of the production process, evaluating data, and making recommendations for improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
* Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas to determine quality and reliability standards
* Conduct tests on products at specified stages in the production process to evaluate their performance, life, or material characteristics
* Record and analyze test data using statistical quality control procedures
* Evaluate data and write reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards
* Recommend modifications to existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent or ten (10) years Quality Control Inspector experience will be considered
* Minimum five (10) years directly related Quality Control Inspector experience with knowledge of construction and oil & gas industry
* Current AWS CWI - Certified Welding Inspector certification
* Current NACE CIP 1 Coating Inspector certification
This position requires frequent travel, including passing a TSA security checkpoint. Steel-toed boots are required on the job site.
