Responsibilities:
- Presents menu options and makes recommendations to guests.
- Takes food orders and relays them to the kitchen staff.
- Serves courses from the kitchen and service bars while observing diners' needs.
- Totals up bills and accepts payments or refers patrons to the cashier.
- Brews coffee, prepares beverages, and resets counters or tables after each course.
- May assist with food production or other food service activities as needed.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment by cleaning equipment and adhering to health and safety standards.
- Performs other duties essential to the department's success.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience or training.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
