Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring that all guests receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate food and drink orders while offering suggestions for upselling items.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all orders are correct.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Process payments accurately using the cash register, handling cash with care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling and safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and efficient service flow.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of the food industry, including food handling and preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers is preferred.
• Sales skills with an aptitude for upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
• A background in culinary arts or related fields is a plus but not required.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in both front-of-house and kitchen settings.
