Position Overview

Is SELLING and TALKING with CUSTOMERS one of your strengths?

Are you looking for a Part Time position that will become Full Time in the next 6 - 12 months?

Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy multi-tasking?

If you answered yes.... this position may be for you!

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Contact our current Policy Holders by phone, text or email for a variety of reasons.
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain client records and update information as needed.
Assist with customer retention strategies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

A natural Salesperson!

Strong communication skills - written, verbal and listening

Experience in customer service preferred.

Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Must be available to work the following schedule : 7-8 hours per day and 3 days per week (NOT remote)
