We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the listing process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients. This position requires a proactive individual who is capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listing Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of the listing process, including preparing listing agreements, gathering property details, and ensuring all required documentation is complete.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the listing process, providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Marketing Support: Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials for listed properties, including online listings, brochures, and print advertising.
- Scheduling: Coordinate property showings, open houses, and photography sessions, ensuring all appointments are scheduled efficiently and communicated clearly to all parties involved.
- Data Entry and Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the MLS and internal databases, ensuring all listings are current and properly documented.
- Compliance: Ensure all listings comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the real estate agents, transaction coordinators, and other team members to ensure a seamless listing process from start to finish.
- Independent Task Management: Handle various tasks independently, prioritizing workload effectively to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy or quality.

- Proficient in using Google Suites & Microsoft Office Suite.
