In this role, you will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across our properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general repairs and maintenance across various trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior handyman experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
