Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct general repairs and maintenance across properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to maintenance requests from tenants.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while following safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
- Solid knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently prioritize tasks.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver’s license.
