Responsibilities:
As a General Handyman at QuickFix Services LLC, you will tackle various maintenance and repair tasks across both residential and commercial properties. Whether you have a specialization in one trade or can work across multiple areas, we welcome your expertise. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• General Maintenance: Perform essential repairs and routine maintenance to ensure functionality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Plumbing: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and more.
• Electrical: Repair and maintain electrical systems, such as light switches, outlets, circuit breakers, and wiring.
• Carpentry: Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets, shelving, and other carpentry work.
• Roofing & Gutters: Inspect and repair roofing materials and gutters to prevent water damage.
• Tarping: Install temporary tarps during emergency repairs to safeguard properties from weather elements.
• Flooring: Install, repair, or replace flooring such as tile, hardwood, and vinyl.
• Cabinet & Concrete Work: Perform repairs or replacements on cabinets, concrete driveways, walkways, and patios.
• Painting & Power Washing: Paint and power wash surfaces to maintain the property’s visual appeal.
• Masonry: Conduct masonry repairs and installations including brick, stone, and chimney work.
• Water Heater Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair water heaters for efficient operation.
• Snow Removal & Landscaping: During winter, clear snow and ice, and year-round maintain lawns and grounds.
• Winterization: Weatherproof properties by sealing doors, windows, and pipes, and performing tasks to prepare for cold weather.
• Parking Lot & Grounds Maintenance: Maintain parking lots by patching, painting, and ensuring proper drainage.
