Responsibilities:
As a General Handyman at QuickFix Services LLC, you will work on a variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
- General Maintenance: Conduct repairs and routine maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
- Plumbing: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Electrical: Repair electrical systems such as outlets, light switches, circuit breakers, and wiring.
- Carpentry: Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets, and shelving.
- Roofing & Gutters: Inspect, repair, and replace roofing materials and gutters.
- Tarping: Install temporary tarps for emergency repairs.
- Flooring: Install, repair, or replace various types of flooring, including tile, hardwood, and vinyl.
- Cabinet & Concrete Work: Perform repairs and replacements of cabinets and concrete surfaces.
- Painting & Power Washing: Paint and power wash interior and exterior areas.
- Masonry: Perform brick, stone, and chimney repairs.
- Water Heater Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain water heaters.
- Snow Removal & Landscaping: Clear snow during winter months and maintain grounds year-round.
- Winterization: Weatherproof properties for colder months.
- Parking Lot & Grounds Maintenance: Perform maintenance tasks for parking lots and grounds.
