About the Job:
Nandail Property Management is seeking an experienced Licensed General Contractor to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing a variety of construction and maintenance tasks for both residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute general construction and repair work (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
- Willing to travel around 50 miles radius from home location
- Respond to maintenance requests efficiently and on time
- Ensure work areas are organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols
- Handle multiple tasks and projects while maintaining high standards of quality
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline
Qualifications:
- Valid Licensed General Contractor credentials
- Previous experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other construction systems
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
