Key Responsibilities:
- Carpentry: Perform general carpentry work, including both rough and finish tasks.
- Remodeling: Execute upgrades and remodels in kitchens and bathrooms to a high standard.
- Painting: Enhance spaces by painting both interiors and exteriors.
- Drywall Repairs: Repair, patch, and caulk drywall to maintain a polished appearance.
- Minor Repairs: Address minor plumbing and electrical issues as needed.
- Flooring: Install and repair various types of flooring.
- General Maintenance: Conduct general home repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients and team members.
- Organization: Stay organized and efficiently resolve issues.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure every task is completed meticulously.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Proven experience as a handyman.
- Proficient in the use of various tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- A contractor or journeyman license is a plus.
