Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Independent Handyman to join our team in Manhattan, NY. As an Independent Handyman, you will represent Nandail Property Management by performing a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure properties remain in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general carpentry, including rough and finish work
- Upgrade and remodel bathrooms and kitchens
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces
- Repair, patch, and caulk drywall
- Handle minor plumbing and electrical tasks
- Repair and install flooring
- Conduct general home repairs and maintenance
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Maintain an organized and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Proven experience as a handyman
- Skilled in using various hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Mechanical aptitude; contractor or journeyman license is a plus
