About the Job:Nandail Property Management is looking for a skilled Licensed Plumber to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for both residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, including pipe systems, fixtures, and appliances
- Travel within a 50-mile radius of your home location
- Respond quickly to plumbing service requests
- Ensure all work areas are organized, clean, and comply with safety standards
- Manage multiple plumbing projects while maintaining top-quality workmanship
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines and stay within budget
- Valid Licensed Plumber credentials
- Solid experience in plumbing systems, including installations and repairs
- Reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver’s license
- Strong organizational abilities and independence in managing tasks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
