As a Plumbing Technician, you will:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in multi-family properties.
- Work with various materials like copper, PVC, and PEX.
- Troubleshoot leaks, perform drain cleaning and address sewage backups.
- Read blueprints and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Install eco-friendly plumbing solutions (e.g., tankless water heaters).
- Keep accurate work records and complete related tasks.
Position Requirements
- Experience in multi-family maintenance or similar fields preferred.
- Journeyman or Master plumber certification is preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.
- Must provide your tools and vehicle.
