Position Overview:
We are seeking a Plumbing Technician to join Nandail Property Management. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in multi-family residential properties. Your knowledge of various piping materials and leak detection skills will be essential. You will also interpret blueprints, manage materials for projects, and perform eco-friendly installations while maintaining accurate records. Flexibility, reliability, and teamwork are crucial as you contribute to our high standards in property management. Key Responsibilities:

• Must be experienced in leaks and breaks.
• Diagnose and address leaks and breaks in plumbing systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in multi-family residential properties.
• Work with various piping materials such as copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, and PEX for repairs.
• Identify and repair leaks, both inside and outside the building, as well as underground.
• Perform drain cleaning and resolve sewage backups.
• Read and interpret plumbing blueprints and specifications.
• Assess material needs and quantities for both new installations and ongoing maintenance.
• Follow blueprints, building codes, and regulations to ensure proper procedures.
• Keep detailed records of work assignments and tasks completed.
• Repair, replace, or remove plumbing system components as necessary.
• Install eco-friendly plumbing fixtures, including flow restrictors and tankless water heaters.
• Use specialized techniques for tasks like welding small pipes and handling unique piping systems.
• Perform other plumbing-related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Experience in multi-family property maintenance or a similar field.
• Relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not essential.
• Must demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to travel for work is required.
• A valid and up-to-date driver’s license is necessary.
• Must have a personal vehicle and own tools.
