Role Overview
As a Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in multi-family buildings. You'll work with various materials, detect leaks, and ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and up to code.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and repair plumbing systems in multi-family homes
- Work with materials such as copper, PVC, and PEX pipes
- Identify and fix leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues
- Clean drains and handle sewage backups
- Review blueprints to ensure compliance with plumbing codes
Qualifications
- Experience in plumbing or multi-family property maintenance
- Certifications are a plus, but not required
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, personal vehicle, and your own tools
