Senior Gas Safety Professional

Position Description:
Nandail Property Management is seeking an experienced Gas Safety Engineer to join our team. As a Gas Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe installation, operation, and maintenance of gas systems across our properties. You will conduct regular safety inspections, install and maintain gas lines and equipment, troubleshoot and repair gas system issues, and provide emergency response when needed. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety inspections of gas systems and appliances to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Install and maintain gas lines, pipes, and related equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair gas system issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of service.
• Provide emergency response for gas-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs to track compliance and performance.

Essential Requirements:

• Certification as a Gas Safety Engineer and relevant experience in the field.
• Strong knowledge of gas safety codes and regulations, including OSHA standards.
• Ability to diagnose and repair gas system issues efficiently and effectively.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
