- Perform snow removal services for both residential and commercial properties, including shoveling, salting, and plowing as needed.
- Monitor weather conditions to ensure timely service during snowfalls, including early mornings or late evenings when required.
- Safely operate snow removal equipment, such as snow blowers, shovels, and trucks equipped with plows.
- Clear walkways, driveways, parking lots, and other necessary areas efficiently and thoroughly.
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent injuries and ensure the safety of property occupants and passersby.
- Maintain a high level of communication with the property management team regarding completed work and any observed hazards.
