Timely Service : Ensure snow removal tasks are completed promptly, especially following snowfalls or icy conditions. Safety Standards : Maintain safety by applying ice melt or sand where necessary and following all safety procedures.
Customer Service : Communicate with property owners to address specific snow removal needs or concerns. Maintenance Reporting : Report any additional property maintenance issues or damage observed during snow removal.
