About the Role :
The Product Manager will lead our Ecommerce website strategy and execution, collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and other teams to align product roadmap efforts with business goals.
What you'll be doing :
- Develop and execute strategies to improve user engagement, site speed, and overall performance.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize site performance across a portfolio of websites
- Translate data needs into actionable roadmaps to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Lead teams to implement product enhancements and features.
- Analyze data and user feedback to identify improvement areas and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new technologies and tools.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success.
- Own product launch and post-launch activities, including monitoring, analysis, and improvement recommendations.

What we are looking for :
This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC headquarters 3 days per week.
Salary Range : $140,000 - $160,000 base salary, equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
