Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will lead commercial efforts across the US. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our company's growth by developing key accounts and expanding the customer base. You will build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality solutions and exceptional service. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored support and maintain the company’s reputation for excellence. Job Responsibilities :

• Drive the marketing and sales of core products and services within designated regional markets. This includes developing and expanding distribution channels, acquiring new customers, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and timely payment collection.
• Identify and build a robust pipeline of target clients, develop a prioritized customer visit plan, and actively pursue new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct regular market analysis, providing insights into industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Deliver timely and detailed reports to senior management.
• Support the company's brand development and awareness efforts through the execution of key marketing initiatives, including participation in academic conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction, and assist with other tasks as assigned by the company or department.
