Role Description
We’re looking for an ambitious, experienced individual to join our team as a Part-time, New Business Development and Placement Director. In this role (30 hours per week, on-site), you will be responsible for sourcing mid-size corporate clients, creating tailored presentations, and matching incoming families with qualified, career-oriented caregivers.
This position requires a balance of client acquisition and family care placement, as well as building strong relationships with both families and corporate partners. You’ll oversee the placement process, ensuring families are paired with the right caregivers and all related paperwork is managed seamlessly. This role offers the opportunity for growth within the company, making it ideal for someone with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and recruiting, with the ability to create and present compelling presentations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Knowledge of the childcare and nanny industry is highly preferred
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service or human resources is a plus
- Strong follow-through and execution on tasks
- College education, ideally with coursework in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Child Development, or a related field
