This family is seeking a part-time caregiver for the summer for their sweet but strong-willed 4-year-old daughter. They want someone who can keep her engaged with different experiences and activities. They are looking for a reliable, active caregiver who will help get her out of the house and enjoy socialization during the summer months.
Responsibilities:
- Take child to activities and social events
- Provide fun, engaging, and creative experiences
- Maintain a schedule of limited TV time
- Keep child safe and engaged in outdoor or social activities
- Provide care that encourages socialization and creative play
Qualifications:
- Must be trustworthy, loving, and dependable
- Strong creativity and patience
- Active, enjoys being on the go and participating in activities with the child
- Clean driving record is a MUST
- Experience with young children, particularly strong-willed kids, a plus
Additional Information:
- Rate: $20/hr
- Schedule: Two set days per week (Wednesday and Friday), 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Job duration: Start week of May 19 through August, with potential extension into the fall
- Must be able to commit to the entire summer term at a minimum.
