What are the responsibilities and job description for the Babysitter/Nanny position at Nanny Heroes Agency?
Warren family seeking an experienced nanny for B6m and G1. The position begins ASAP, with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Thursday.
Responsibilities:
-All daily care tasks related to the children
-Tidying after the children, washing bottles, bowls, and children’s utensils
-Creating an engaging and stimulating environment
Schedule:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am-5pm
-One parent is a teacher and families may require a very light care schedule in the summer (will discuss how to keep things as financially similar as possible for the nanny)
Household Notes:
-B6m and G1 are cousins
-Care will take place in only one of the family’s homes (in Warren, NJ)
-No driving will be required
-Family would appreciate a couple photos/updates throughout the day or as needed
-Family has a cat in the home, no care is required but general awareness in not leaving nursery doors, outdoor entrances, etc. open
Ideal Candidate:
- Trustworthy, kind, committed, reliable, flexible, patient, organized, animated, enthusiastic, good sense of humor, values education, able to be silly, and compassionate
-Strong communicator
-Well-versed in infant/toddler milestones
-Able to identify and effectively respond to children’s cues for different needs
-Experience with multiples
-Physically able to regularly hold and pick up children in this age group
Compensation:
- Hourly rate commensurate with Experience (~32/hr)

Requirements:
-3 years of infant/toddler experience
- Eligible to work in the US
- Reliable transportation
- Clean criminal record
- Fluent English
-CPR/First Aid certified
-Up to date on vaccines (Covid, TDAP, Flu)
