What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experinced Twin Infant Nanny position at Nanny Heroes Agency?
Montclair Family seeks a Twin-Infant-Nanny to partner with them in babyhood and beyond! Care for G4m and B4m is needed Monday through Thursday 7AM-6PM and Friday 9AM-5PM, starting June.
Responsibilities:
-All childcare related duties for the twins
-Developmental Milestone activities and engagement (singing, books,etc)
-Bottle/utensil sanitation
-Keeping play areas, children’s rooms, & kitchen tidy
-Children’s laundry
-Weather-permitting outdoor time & activities/classes once the twins get older
-Occasionally feed or let the dog out
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-2PM until June and then Monday-Thursday 7AM-6PM; Friday 9AM-5PM
Household Notes:
-Family has custody of B6.5 on W,Th, and every other weekend. He has his own babysitter, however may need occasional help with him
-Dads mostly commute, occasionally work from home (Th, F) or travel for work
Ideal Candidate:
-Kind, reliable, collaborative, caring, dependable, direct, flexible, trustworthy, positive, engaging, and attuned to needs
-Encourages independence and creativity
-Well-versed in developmental milestones & schedules/engagement for different age groups
-Strong communicator
-Second language would be a bonus
Compensation:
- Hourly rate commensurate with experience ~$30-35/hr
-Industry standard benefits (guaranteed hours, vacation, sick, holidays off, health ins stipend negotiable)
Requirements:
-3 years of infant experience
-Experience with multiples and school-aged children
- Eligible to work in the US
- Reliable and safe vehicle
- Clean criminal and driving record
- Fluent English
-CPR/First Aid certified
-Dog-friendly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
