What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant Nanny position at Nanny Heroes Agency?
Warm Livingston family seeking an Infant Nanny/Family Assistant for G3m to begin ~January 27th. Working hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
-All childcare related duties for G3m
-Developmental Milestone activities
-Weather-permitting outdoor time, eventual classes/outings as baby gets older
-Maintaining the nursery , restocking diaper caddy, etc
-Household tasks such as dishes, loading/unloading dishwasher, general tidying of common areas, laundry.
Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Potential for schedule to change having one day/week being 6am-3pm based on mom’s updated work schedule that is to be determined end of Feb. Family would also love if nanny would be open to extra hours for a once a week date-night or events.
Infant Notes:
-Combination of formula and breast milk
Ideal Candidate:
-Caring, gentle, structured, collaborative, adaptable, empathetic, outgoing, dependable, considerate, trustworthy, polite, flexible, engaging, and discrete
-Well-versed in developmental milestones and nap schedules as the baby grows
-Strong communicator
-Bonus: Open to Travel/Passport Ready
Compensation:
- Hourly rate commensurate with Experience
-Industry standard benefits (guaranteed hours, vacation, sick, holidays off)
-Reimbursement for any use of a personal vehicle to eventually bring the baby to classes/activities
Requirements:
-3 years of infant experience
- Eligible to work in the US
- Reliable and safe vehicle
- Clean criminal and driving record
- Fluent English
-CPR/First Aid certified
