Part-Time Nanny Position for Infant

A loving family is seeking a nurturing and experienced nanny to provide attentive care for their baby girl. The family values a warm, motherly figure who can support their child’s development and milestones while offering reliability and flexibility.

Position Details:

• Schedule:
• Mom leaves for work at 6 AM and receives her schedule 6 weeks in advance.
• Some weeks may require only 1 day, while others may need 2-3 days of care.
• Guaranteed pay for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide loving and engaged care for the baby.
• Support developmental milestones, including rolling over and other early skills.
• Assist with feeding routines, including bottle feeding and the transition to solids (steaming and mashing vegetables).
• Ensure a safe and stimulating environment with interactive play.
• During nap times (two naps per day, around 2 hours each), light housekeeping such as loading/unloading the dishwasher would be appreciated.

Ideal Nanny:

• Preferably a little older and ideally a mother herself (but not required)
• Kind, patient, and able to go with the flow as the family's schedule evolves.
• Comfortable with breastfeeding support and aware of infant GI concerns.
• Attentive and proactive in helping the baby reach key developmental milestones.

This is a long-term position, as the family does not plan to transition their child to daycare until she is nearly two years old.

We require or team members to have a valid Drivers License as well as vehicle they can take to and from work, be 18yo and have graduated high school, a CPR/First Aid certification, be able to pass a background check, have 3 or more years of childcare experience and be able to provide references.
