Compensation:
$28-32 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM (35 hours per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Benefits: 2 weeks of vacation, paid sick and personal days, and 6 paid holidays

Responsibilities:

• Prepare breakfast daily for the three children (ages 3, 5, and 11).
• Assist with meal prep, including slicing fruit, vegetables, and basic cooking.
• Organize and manage household operations, ensuring a clean and structured environment.
• Oversee vendors and household services, obtaining quotes and coordinating tasks.
• Handle food ordering, pantry organization, and grocery shopping.
• Manage and complete children's laundry, organize clothing, and tidy up play areas.
• Light housekeeping and maintenance of the primary living spaces.
• Create and maintain household checklists for organization and upkeep.
• Adjust responsibilities as trust is built, with potential for expanded duties.

• Additional cooking as needed when the wife is traveling or out of the country.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in household management and cooking.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and highly organized.
• Punctual, charismatic, and able to create a positive home atmosphere.
• Familiarity with African American culture preferred.
• Not heavily engaged in social media to ensure discretion and privacy.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the family.
• Must be comfortable around children and align with the family's dynamic.
• Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
• Must have US work authorization.
• Must be at least 18 years or older to apply.

• Provide 3-5 professional references.
